GENERAL DESCRIPTION Temperature Termio 2 is an accurate thermometer with up to 32.000 readings memory. DATA LOGGER Device is equipped with LCD screen and displays temperature in 0,01 resolu�on. Results are also saved with centesimal resolu�on. Measurement frequency is 30 seconds.

PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION TERMIO 2 Upon the device make sure that no damage has occurred during shipment. No�fy to your dealer if there is any damage. THE CONNECTING WIRE IS NOT SUPPLIED. The wire needed to connect the device to the PC is the one commonly used to charge mobile phones, USB to Micro USB.

USER´S GUIDE Switch on by pressing ON/OFF bu�on located on the front of the instrument. To start recording keep the HOLD/MIN/MAX bu�on pressed un�l the word LOG appears on display. To stop recording press ON/OFF un�l the word WAIT appears. When the device is in recording mode you will not be able to turn it off, for that you need to first stop recording.

Place the probe in the medium you want to measure. Wait a few seconds for the display to stabilize, depending on the nature of the media that can take few seconds.

Press the HOLD/MIN/MAX bu�on once to capture the temperature reading. The reading will be flashing in the display. Press HOLD/MIN/MAX bu�on again to display maximum reading and three �mes to get the minimum, Max or Min signs will also appear in the display. Press the bu�on again to return to the standard mode. -100 up to 270°C Max/Min readings are not saved so switching the thermometer off will clear the max/min readings. BATTERY REPLACEMENT (1/2 x AA 3,6V lithium) PT1000 When the ba�ery low symbol appears on the display (right upper corner) replace the ba�ery. A screwdriver is needed. The ba�ery compartment is located at the rear of the instrument. ±0.07°C A�er unscrewing the ba�ery change the ba�ery. paying a�en�on to its polarity. Place the lid back and �ghten the two screws.

RECOMMENDATIONS -DO NOT immerse the thermometer in liquids or semi-solids, its IP only withstands splashes -DO NOT wrench the probe or put heavy objects on the cable. If the cable is damaged, the device will be rendered useless - Each part of the instrument has different temperature tolerance. Use the specifica�ons table to check what part can withstand what temperature. The opera�ng temperature for the case and electronics is between 0 and 40°C - A�er use, always switch the meter off by pressing the ON /OFF bu�on, this will lengthen the ba�ery life. - EMC/RFI: If operated within a high frequency radio field instrument performance may be affected, example: near a mobile phone, or if subjected to an electrosta�c .

GUARANTEE These meters are guaranteed for one year against defects in workmanship and materials when used for its intended purpose and maintained according to instruc�ons. Probes are guaranteed for a period of six months. The product guarantee does not cover damages caused by fair wear and tear, abnormal storage condi�ons, incorrect use, accidental misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplica�on or modifica�on. If service is required, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the instrument. If under guarantee, report the model´s serial number, date of purchase, and the nature of the failure. If the repair is not covered by the guarantee, you will be no�fied of the charges incurred. When shipping any instrument, make sure it is properly packaged for complete protec�on.
