Lyudmyla Kozlovska, the president of the , has won her second battle against the Law and Justice Party, the ruling party in . A Provincial Administrative Court has reversed the administrative decision refusing to grant her the right to stay in Poland. Joachim Brudziński, a former Minister for the Interior and Administration, commented on the matter. Lyudmyla Kozlovska disagreed with the decisions by the Mazovian Province Governor and the Head of the Office for Foreigners, refusing her a resident permit for Poland. The matter was dealt with by the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw, which reversed the decision. "According to the court, the materials in a secret opinion issued by the Internal Security Agency (ABW) were very general, laconic and insufficient for a refusal decision," the Open Dialogue Foundation said in a statement. Lyudmyla Kozlovska herself used social media to draw the attention of Law and Justice Party politicians to the court's judgment and asked them why they became silent after the court's decision. "There was the fake news with Moldovan and Kazakh propaganda about myself, my family and my activity, and now, after another court judgment, there is only silence," she wrote, mentioning , , Joachim Brudziński, and .
