Tracked with XMM_SC-126 (potential blemish pixel on star tracker) - 20/12/2019 (354) 05:04:08: CRP_AOC_4019 Unexpected LCL switch on or off in the primary branch step # 4 TC: P3061 'LCL CBH A ON' sent --> TM: P1106 to CLOSE - 21/12/2019 (355) 00:14:42: Lost TM from AGO. Spacecraft below horizon at AGO, no visibility from YAT either. TRSP swap incomplete. - 25/12/2019 (359) 05:30:11: CSL update failed. FDS error message: Failed to determine a good attitude - 27/12/2019 (361) 14:49:38: Updateslew failed to generate IPF 9367200003 CSL, S/S 1 & 9 disabled in T/L o 27/12/2019 (361) 15:35:56: FD tool is not able to generate a CSL because not enough stars in the field of view

20/12/2019 (354) 11:41:00 While performing OCR#1729 (FCP_DHS_1308) the Rad Belt Start time was uplinked with the incorrect DOY. As a result the instruments transitioned to SAFE. The recovery was performed as follows: - Belts Entry time set to 10 mins in future - Belts Exit time set to 20 mins in future After correct belts entry and exit transitions the correct belt times were uplinked and the missed ED guidelines were followed to re-uplink the relevant Timeline EDs. (AR INT_SC-647) 11:49:27 OMC recovery from SAFE. MEBEXT01. OMC re-enabled in A/S. 12:27:42 JEMX-2 recovery from SAFE. LEDATA02. JEMX-2 re-enabled on A/S. 13:07:37 JEMX-1 recovery from SAFE. KEDATA02. JEMX-1 re-enabled on A/S. 14:08:16 IBIS re-enabled on A/S.
