Exam Pressure This time of year is critical for young people who have been preparing for and sitting their SAT’S, GCSE and A-level exams. The pressure to succeed can be overwhelming not only for the individual but also their families who are desperately trying to support them.

Therefore, the school nursing service have been focusing on themes such as reducing anxiety, building resilience and offering practical advice and support for parents and young people to develop and sustain a positive attitude during this crucial time. These are some examples of positive feedback we have received about this work to support parents and young people:

I am extremely grateful for all her help she is one in a million!

The care I received from my

school nurse could not have been any better!

For the first time I had someone who wanted to help

me and my daughter!

Without the support of my school nurse I don’t know where we would be, she hasn’t just supported my child but also the whole family -Thank you so much!
