he Office of the Minister and Water Resources Management Authority T(WARMA), conducted a follow up tour of the Mass Media Floods in the company of other stakeholders, that included the Lusaka City Council (LCC), Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company (LWSC), Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources and members of the media. The field visit was part of a continuous assessment of the Mass Media floods by the Authority and its stakeholders aimed at finding a lasting solution to the floods, which saw houses and other properties being flooded during the month of February 2020. The field assessment tour is an on-going collaboration by the Authority with the Office of the Lusaka Province Minister, and other stakeholders, in an effort to mitigate and resolve the annual floods in Lusaka province.
