INFORMATION ON SEPTEMBER 2011 BUILD-TO-ORDER FLATS

ANCHORVALE HARVEST & FERNVALE RIVERGROVE

Anchorvale Harvest is bounded by Anchorvale Street and Anchorvale Link. It is a standard contract with 717 flats, comprising 88 units of 3-room, 404 units of 4-room and 225 units of 5-room flats. A supermarket, an eating house, some shops and an education centre will be provided in this development. Farmway LRT station is within walking distance from the development.

2 Fernvale Rivergrove is bounded on three sides, by West Way, Fernvale Link and Fernvale Street. It is also a standard contract with 1,728 flats, comprising 100 units of Studio Apartments (SAs), 484 units of 3-room, 892 units of 4-room and 252 units of 5-room flats. Facilities to be provided in this development include a supermarket, an eating house, some shops, a Residents’ Committee Centre, a childcare centre and an education centre.

3 Both projects will be served by a wide range of facilities in Sengkang Town such as the Sengkang MRT/LRT station, bus interchange, Fernvale Point, Compass Point, Rivervale Mall, and Rivervale Plaza (an HDB neighbourhood centre). Other facilities include the Anchorvale Community Club, Sengkang Sports & Recreation Centre and Sengkang Riverside Park. There are also primary and secondary schools in the area. The Expressway is a short drive away.

GOLDEN PEONY

4 Golden Peony, located along Corporation Road in Jurong West town will have 190 Studio Apartments (SAs). It is within walking distance to various amenities such as the neighbourhood centres Boon Lay Shopping Centre, Boon Lay Place Market/Food Village and Hong Kah Point. Residents can visit the nearby Boon Lay Community Club or Jurong Spring Community Club for leisure and enrichment activities. This project will be well- served by the Lakeside MRT Station and is also a short drive from the (PIE).

TEBAN VIEW

5 Teban View is located along Penjuru Road in Jurong East Town. It is a standard contract with 518 flats, comprising 185 units of 3-room and 333 units of 4-room flats. A childcare centre will be provided in this project. Teban View also contains green features such as a rain garden which will collect and filter rain water naturally, helping to improve the water quality. Teban View has been awarded the ABC Waters Certification by PUB for integrating the protection of our water resources with urban planning.

6 Residents will be well-served by the two neighbourhood centres, namely Teban Place and Teban Gardens, which offer a great variety of goods and services as well as facilities such as a supermarket, sundry shops, a market and food centre, a food court, clinics, etc. For families and jogging enthusiasts, they can visit the nearby neighbourhood park and Pandan Reservoir. The development is easily accessible by the (AYE) and West Coast Road.

WATERWAY BROOKS & WATERWAY WOODCRESS

7 Waterway Brooks is bounded by Drive and Punggol Road. It is a premium contract with 1,312 flats, comprising 156 units of Studio Apartments (SAs), 691 units of 4- room and 465 units of 5-room flats. The precinct is located along My Waterway@Punggol and its promenade. Facilities to be provided include a Residents’ Committee Centre, a childcare centre and an education centre. It is near to the Damai LRT station.

8 Along Punggol Drive and bounded by Edgedale Plains and My Waterway@Punggol is another BTO project named Waterway Woodcress. It is also a premium contract with 694 flats, comprising 100 units of 3-room, 350 units of 4-room and 244 units of 5-room flats. This precinct also has an unblocked view of the Punggol Waterway and its promenade. Facilities to be provided include a mini-mart, some shops and a childcare centre. It is in close proximity to the Oasis LRT station.

9 Both projects are near LRT stations that will link to the Punggol MRT station found at the proposed town centre. There is a bus interchange next to the Punggol MRT station. Residents can head to Punggol Plaza for their marketing needs. There are also primary and secondary schools in the area. The Tampines Express Way (TPE) is a short drive away, providing connectivity to the rest of . In line with HDB’s plans to develop Punggol as an Eco-Town, Waterway Brooks and Waterway Woodcress are designed with eco-friendly features.

YIO CHU KANG VISTA

10 Yio Chu Kang Vista is located along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5. It is a standard contract with 256 flats, comprising 158 units of Studio Apartments (SAs) and 98 units of 3-room flats. Residents will be well-served by the Yio Chu Kang MRT station. There is good access to facilities and amenities in the town, such as those in the Ang Mo Kio Town Centre, AMK Hub, Ang Mo Kio Public Library, Ang Mo Kio Town Garden West and the HDB neighbourhood centres, namely May Flower Shopping & Food Centre and Yio Chu Kang View. There are also primary and secondary schools in the area.

11 Buyers of the Standard flats in four BTO projects (namely Anchorvale Harvest, Fernvale Rivergrove, Teban View and Yio Chu Kang Vista) can opt for internal timber doors and/or flooring to be installed in their flats. Buyers of the premium flats in Waterway Brooks and Waterway Woodcress can opt to have the internal doors installed in their flats. The cost of the optional component (see Table A1b below) will be added to the selling price of the flat.
