This was disclosed by Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar in a written reply to the Senate on Thursday. According to details, the army’s meeting was held under the Malakand GOC’s chair, which decided that in the first stage, civil administration in Upper Swat including Kalam, Bahrain and Madian will be handed over until March 12.
