Nodyn | Note Tanymanod in the parish of Ffestiniog, Merioneth, was owned by one John Vaughan form the 1830s to the 1870s whilst the Gelli estate was owned by Evan Parry Jones of Cefnfaes, Ffestiniog, quarry manager for the Diphwys Casson Slate Quarry. He had moved from Cefnfaes to Blaendd©þl, Ffestiniog, by 1895.
