Our work with the Montgomery County Food Bank is evolving! Buddy Backpack is now federally funded, enabling the MCFB to buy ample food for the program, at far cheaper prices than we could, and assemble it for delivery using on-site volunteers. However, the first of several meetings between MCFB leadership and our own revealed some new and exciting ways we will be able to help, especially with a nearby underserved and long-struggling community. Watch for details. At this time we have temporarily suspended accepting funds for a food initiative, and funds on hand are being held in trust until the new program is launched. For updates, please email food support team leader Ruth Catalogna at [email protected].

Our Creative Life practitioners are outstanding spiritual support persons, available to lovingly and confidentially assist you. Each has spent hundreds of hours in training, to direct natural compassion into helping you through listening, caring, and using spiritual mind treatment — affirmative prayer — to reveal the truth of you that is greater than any apparent limitation. Each is licensed by the Centers for Spiritual Living, and engages in ongoing study and spiritual development. Have a new goal, an old problem, or a question about applying our teaching? Work with a practitioner and watch what happens! • At prayer circles after each service in the Garden Room, with the Practitioner-of-the-Day. • By telebridge, evenings.
