¾ Investigates complaints, information submitted, requests and proposals and in coordination with the Legal Division drafts responses

¾ Proposes mandatory guidelines for the rectification of the violations established during the inspection of the terms of the permit or license issued
¾ When violations are observed the authorized officials of the Division issue violation acts in accordance with Energy and Energy Efficiency Act

¾ Participates in the developing of drafts for statutory acts drafted by the Commission and prepares opinions on draft acts sent for coordination by other institutions

¾ Exercises other functions assigned by the Chairman of SERC in the implementation of Commission’s decisions
