It is with great pleasure that the “International Christian Union” extends an "invitation to you” to join us at an important "Ceremonial event” honoring our 241 PEACE KEEPING HEROES who were killed in Beirut Lebanon on October 23 1983 by Islamic jihadist terrorists (Amal movement militia military wing Hezbollah).

This precedent setting ceremony will commence On Monday October 23rd 2017 at 1:00pm on the steps of the Bergen county Sheriff's office and courthouse at the sight of the “Bergen County Veteran's Memorial Monument" As our forefathers declared their honor, fortunes and allegiance to the creation of this great nation, it is in their memory that we salute all those who have given their last full measure of life and allegiance.

Keynote speaker (Military) Honorable Admiral JAMES A. “ACE” LYONS, JR.

ADMIRAL, U.S. NAVY (ret.)

ADMIRAL JAMES “ACE” LYONS, JR., U.S. Navy Retired.

As an Officer of the U.S. Navy for thirty-six years, most recently as Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Pacific Fleet, the largest single military command in the world. He also served as Senior U.S. Military Representative to the United Nations. As the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations from 1983 – 1985, he was principal advisor on all Joint Chiefs of Staff matters and was the father of the Navy Red Cell, an anti- terrorism group comprised of Navy Seals. Admiral Lyons was also Commander of the U.S. Second Fleet and Commander of the NATO Striking Fleet which were the principle fleets for implementing the Navy’s Maritime Strategy.

Admiral Lyons currently is President/CEO of LION Associates LLC, gives lectures, speeches and interviews nationally and internationally. He also writes op-eds that appear in , WSJ, Washington Post and LA Times.

Keynote speaker Honorable Dr. President of the London Center for Policy Research

Herbert I. London is president of the London Center for Policy Research and a former senior fellow at the Institute. He is the former president of the . Dr. London is professor emeritus and the former John M. Olin Professor of Humanities at . And he was responsible for creating the Gallatin School of Individualized Study in 1972 and was its dean until 1992. This school was organized to promote the study of "great books" and classic texts.

Herbert London is a graduate of , 1960 and the recipient of a Ph.D. from New York University, 1966.

Dr. London is a noted social critic whose work has appeared in every major newspaper and journal in the country including such diverse publications as Commentary, National Review, American Spectator, Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Washington Times, New York Magazine, New York Times, Christian Science Monitor, Modern Age, Los Angeles Times, Washington Post, Orbis, Encounter, Forbes, and The New Criterion. He is the author and editor of thirty books (see enclosure) and three plays “My Most Embarrassing Moment”, “A Love That Cannot Speak Its Name” and “Mr. Tin Pan Alley.”
