RUGBY EUROPE CHAMPIONSHIP 2020

Romania v Belgium match has been cancelled after the Belgian government would not permit the team to travel to Romania to play. Rugby Europe have awarded Romania a 28-0, bonus point win. Belgium therefore finish bottom and must play-off against the Rugby Europe 2020 winners the Netherlands to determine who will play in the 2021 Championship.

• England cannot improve their rating with victory over Scotland • England will surrender second place to if they fail to win at Twickenham • A victorious Scotland can climb above a beaten Ireland if they win by more than 15 points.
