Annual Activity Report 2019 Annual activity report 2019 Document not yet validated Page 1 / 26 Stanton Friedman died suddenly at Toronto Pearson Airport on May 13, 2019 while returning from a presentation in Columbus, Ohio. He was 84 years old. Nuclear Physicist since the late 1960s he has devoted his life to proving the existence of extraterrestrial life. He highlighted the Roswell affair. Stanton Friedman was a member of the American Nuclear Society, the American Physical Society and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He presented more papers than anyone at the MUFON annual conferences. Stanton Friedman was an honorary member of the Academy of Ufology since September 2009. Document not yet validated Page 2 / 26 Financial report In conformity with the Article 5 of the association's statutes: Revenue for 2019: zero Expenses for 2019: zero Technical report (It is a translation of a text written in French, there could be approximate translation somewhere) 1 - Adaptation to a new ufological context. The Academy of Ufology continues its monitoring of the disclosure and its information work for the international population. The future ufological context of the post-disclosure is impossible to sketch with the only public information to which we have access. The so-called "word of mouth" disclosure was initiated at the end of 2017 and is consolidating, but it is spreading slowly. It is impossible for us to determine the aspects of our future actions of information. An ufology- satanism link seems to have been the cause of the embargo on truth. Something called "terrifying" would block the lifting of this embargo. The public, who are not interested in the work of ufologists who are fighting to have the embargo lifted, risk mixing up ufologists and satanism. Significant information work must be done quickly. The press continues its traditional embargo on the truth, and the public pretends that it is not aware that major changes are going to happen overnight. In 2019 there was no new religious or political situation, nor any new official speech. New figures have not yet appeared. Nothing has changed with regard to the operating procedure of the Academy of Ufology. 2 - Evolution of the disclosure The big phenomenology disclosure has still not happened. It’s still impossible to have reliable information about the Deep State team. According to several sources Ronald Pandolfi is in contact Document not yet validated Page 3 / 26 with President Trump. If so, we do not know whether he is actively involved in the preparation of the general public disclosure or whether he is working to keep it from happening. The TTSA team (DeLonge, Elizondo, Puthoff, Mellon, Justice) announced the recovery of several elements from unidentified vessels and established a formal collaboration with the US Army in the fields of new techniques applied to Defense. These TTSA techniques will be able to be studied and perfected thanks to the skills and means of the US Army. Sequences of the "Blue Book Project" and "Unidentified" TV series were launched with the participation of the TTSA team, in particular Luis Elizondo and Tom DeLonge. Articles by Chris Mellon have been published on the Nimitz and Tic-tac case and his work with Congress and the Pentagon. Nick Pope has become "LA" reference for journalists and has given many interviews for TV (especially Tucker Carlson of FoxNews), radio and print media. He participates in conferences specialized in ufology and is now part of the team that produces the TV series of "the ancient astronauts". He regularly informs us about his activity. Q anon asks us to be ready and stay united because "a storm is coming" and "nothing can stop what is coming, nothing". His main messages relate to the great disclosure, of which the UFO phenomenon is a part. His declared enemies are the "pedo-satanist elites of the Deep State". Ufologist Grant Cameron has done a tremendous job of consulting Stanton Friedman's archives and publishing pieces not known to ufologists. He told us about the Fayetteville case, that of Mount Shasta Document not yet validated Page 4 / 26 in California and many other original investigations, while informing us about developments in the current disclosure. In France, nothing happens, as in the USA, ufology publications are rare and the press continues to highlight festive lanterns and meteorites by calling them UFOs. A remarkable exception: Canal +, which began filming two series based on real events: - the series "UFOs" whose hero is a member of GEPAN (without the I) from the 70s, - the series "La Guerre des Mondes" partly shot in the Alps. Neither the press, nor the scientists, nor the politicians comment on these documents which will "tumble" into the public and make them aware of the embargo on the truth. Several countries publish documents related to UFO phenomena and considered secret until now: Italy, Chile, Argentina, New Zealand; but again, neither the press, nor the scientists, nor the politicians are interested in it. 3 – TTSA (To The Stars Academy) / Tom DeLonge's publications - New message from Tom DeLonge on business growth and the arrival of Chris Herndon (of the White House) to the TTSA Advisory Board. - History Channel announces "Unidentified", a new non-fiction TV series for the month of May. - Elizondo - Intervention at the conference of the "Scientific Coalition for Ufology" of 15-3-2019. - I-Team, a program by Georges Knapp on KLAS TV, presented the case of meta-materials collected by the American government. - A reminder of all the actions launched in Washington with the Congress and the Pentagon, in particular by Chris Mellon. Document not yet validated Page 5 / 26 - First episode of "Unidentified" aired on May 31, 2019. - Call for investments in TTSA. - TTSA has acquired several meta-materials as well as archives of analyzes and initial research for its ADAM research project. - An article in "Ultimate Guitar" says that Tom DeLonge explains why the US government is hiding the truth from the public about aliens, it is because people would be terrified. - TTSA signs a partnership agreement with the company "TruClear Global" in order to offer government services in the area of image communication. - Significant political and social impact with the broadcasting of the TV series "Unidentified". - Details on the TTSA phenomenology records management system: VAULT. - The US Navy confirms for the first time that the videos of the Government of the USA are unidentified aerial phenomena. - New article from the New York Times: How Tom DeLonge of the Blink 182 group became an ufologist. - announcement of a CRADA, a cooperation agreement with the Combat Capacity Development Command of the U.S. Army to advance material and technological innovations. - An amazing article by Christopher Mellon which publishes a lot of information on the collection of information on UFOs by the US military: "Potential sources of information concerning unidentified aerial phenomena ". - TTSA has announced the appointment of Joe Schurman to its advisory board. With 25 years of experience, Schurman will provide thought leadership in native cloud product engineering services to focus business strategy and artificial intelligence execution for its digital product initiatives, including SCOUT and VAULT. 4 - Nick Pope's publications - Letter from Nick Pope to the British Ministry of Defense. It contains UFO reporting instructions that were the subject of a recent article in the Metro newspaper. Although it was prepared for the British government, the military and the intelligence community, the message is very similar to the recent message from the US Navy to its fleet about UFOs. - Nick Pope said recently released congressman Mark Walker's letter was "an extremely important development and a sign of growing political pressure to get answers on UFOs", a letter that came just after the revelation that some U.S. Senators have had a classified briefing from the Pentagon on the situation and after President Trump's statement that he had a meeting on this issue. Not too long ago, politicians avoided the subject altogether, because of the perceived stigma and the fear of ridicule. This is further proof that the subject has emerged from fringe and has become a reality... ". - Nick Pope, after having advised not to participate in the "occupation of Zone 51" on September 20, nevertheless went on the spot to join the hundred demonstrators who had settled at the entrance to the prohibited zone. Document not yet validated Page 7 / 26 5 - Grant Cameron's publications Ufologist Grant Cameron, thanks to his network of contacts built up over several decades, has gathered major information. Note the enormous work of consulting the archives of Stanton Friedman and the publication of pieces not known to ufologists. The publication of new photos he made during an investigation have brought to light the Fayetteville affair, which will be the subject of an episode in the "Unidentified" series. He informed us regularly about his ongoing work of investigation and analysis. Grant Cameron gives us the impression of having adapted to the change in the ufology context. Note his work on music that arose out of nowhere and that became hits or classics. He has published a book on this subject: "The Paranormal World of Music". The Fayetteville encounter in January 2007 6 - Q anon’s publications Q anon asks us to be ready and stay united because "a storm is coming" and "nothing can stop what is coming, nothing". "He" was under attack to prevent him from publishing his press releases on the Internet for more than 3 months from August to November.

    There has been another development in the unfolding initiative of the To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science. Dr. Hal Puthoff rarely speaks publicly about his work on a range of exotic projects. June 8, 2018 in Las Vegas marked an exception to this policy. Puthoff’s background is quite extraordinary and is summarized on the TTS/AAS website as follows: • Dr. Harold E. Puthoff is the co-founder and Vice President of Science and Technology of TTS Academy. Since 1985, Dr. Puthoff has served as President and CEO of EarthTech International, Inc. (ETI), and Director of the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin (IASA). He has published numerous papers on electron-beam devices, lasers and space propulsion and has patents issued in the laser, communications, and energy fields. Dr. Puthoff’s professional background spans more than five decades of research at General Electric, Sperry, the National Security Agency, Stanford University and SRI International. Dr. Puthoff regularly advises NASA , the Department of Defense and intelligence communities, corporations and foundations on leading-edge technologies and future technology trends. He earned his Ph.D. from Stanford University in 1967 and won a Who’s Who Lifetime Achievement in 2017 that recognizes individuals that have achieved greatness in their industry and have excelled in their field for at least 20 years. In his address to the SSE/IRVA conference Puthoff became the third member of the TTS/AAS team to publicly discuss the FLIR video released to and published by the New York Times on December 16, 2017. As with Christopher Mellon and Luis Elizondo, he made it quite clear the advanced aerospace object was not of human design without saying it was of extraterrestrial origin.
