SUMMARY This Condition Environmental Management Plan (EMP) was prepared by Cliffs Asia Pacific Iron Ore Pty. Ltd (Cliffs) for Ministerial Statement 1054 (MS1054), in accordance with MS1054 Condition 6 for the Koolyanobbing Range F Deposit and approved in June 2017. Mineral Resources Limited (MRL) continues to implement the approved plan. The table below presents the environmental criteria to measure achievement of the conditioned environmental outcome that must be met through implementation of this EMP. Table 1.1 – Environmental Criteria Used to Measure Environmental Outcomes TITLE OF PROPOSAL Yilgarn Operations, Koolyanobbing Range F Deposit PROPONENT Yilgarn Iron Pty Ltd MINISTERIAL 1054 STATEMENT NUMBER PURPOSE OF THIS This Condition EMP (F Deposit Flora and Vegetation Management Plan) is submitted to CONDITION EMP fulfil the requirements of condition 6 of the above Statement. EPA’S ENVIRONMENTAL OBJECTIVE FOR THE KEY To maintain representation, diversity, viability and ecological function at the species, ENVIRONMENTAL population and community level. FACTOR/S CONDITION 1. No adverse effects on native flora and vegetation outside the Stage 1 and 2 development envelopes as shown in Figure 2 in Schedule 1 or within the Stage 2 ENVIRONMENTAL development envelope until the requirements of condition 9 of Ministerial OUTCOME OR Statement 1054 have been met.
