Subject: Conduct of Screening Test for the Post of Senior Assistant.

Sir/Madam, This has reference to your application for the post of Senior Assistant in Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University, Patiala. The University has initiated the process of shortlisting candidates for interview. In order to shortlist the candidates, a test will be conducted as per the details given below: 1 Date of Test 13.07.2021(Tuesday) 2 Venue Computer Lab, Government Mohindra College, Patiala 3 Reporting Time 10:00 a.m. 4 Documents Required (a) ID proof (Aadhar Card/ Voter Card/Driving Licence/ Pan Card) (b) Passport size photograph. Further, the details of test are as follows: Sr. No. Test Duration 1 Typing in English 10 Minutes 2 Typing in Punjabi 10 Minutes 3 Dictation (English & Punjabi) 10 Minutes 4 Drafting Letter 10 Minutes Note: 1. No Candidate shall be allowed to enter into Examination Hall without ID proof & photograph.(as per uploaded in portal) 2. Candidates are advised to ensure their eligibility for the post as per advertisement. After the screening test, only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview who fulfil the conditions of eligibility. 3. No mobiles/electronic gadgets are allowed inside the Examination Hall.
