Accommodation
If you wish to book Swansea University campus accommodation everything is within short walking distance (single ensuite with breakfast £40 per night). Check in after 14.00 check out 10.00. You pay at the Egypt Centre gift shop (cash, cheque or card payment)
For delegates staying in accommodation on site, free parking is available on-site but only for arrivals after 4pm. Delegates can bring their cars onto campus and park in car park 2 or car park 3 (see map) for the duration of their stay. A temporary parking notice must be collected from Residences Reception at check-in and clearly displayed on the windscreen.
Delegates should proceed to the Recreation Ground car park or Pub on the Pond car park if arriving before 4pm.

Evening meals
We have pre-booked restaurants for optional evening meals. You may want to do your own thing and explore. However, if you wish to join us, please tick the box and look at the menu choice, as we need to pre-order meals for you. Menu choice needed by 24th August 2018.
You pay at the end of the meal.
Some restaurants require a deposit we will pay on your behalf and you can reimburse us through payment at the Egypt Centre gift shop when you arrive.

Trips All trips are hosted by Egypt Centre and InEPWW. We have arranged return coach travel from the University. We hope you enjoy the selection of trips to other Welsh Museums. We need to know numbers in advance, as we have to buy tickets for some of the venues.
