The Fundraising Committee at TBA is very excited to present our first program of the year onOctober 25th at 11:30 AM.

We will be meeting (virtually, of course!) with renowned Israeli composer and musician, Roi Aloni, as he shares his expertise on a fascinating topic – the origins, history and A TBA meaning of the Israeli national anthem, HaTikva. Roi will utilize his musical skills, SPECIAL lecturing experience, and his wonderful sense of humor as we explore this subject together. EVENT Please click on this link (https://www.jpost.com/israel-news/a-passion-for-music-606218) to learn more about Roi Aloni. There will be some additional surprises – and time set aside for questions as well. We will be offering a children’s component to this program on the evening of October 24th, which will be led by our own wonderful clergy, Rav Blumberg and Cantor Wolff. There will be a brief Havda- lah service, and the children will be learning an Israeli song (perhaps HaTikva) to complement the adult learning taking place the next day. Details on this program will be sent soon to our member families with young children. Sharing learning opportunities with our children is a special opportunity to exemplify the meaning of family and community. This is a chance for all of us to better understand and connect with our rich Jewish history as we move forward in the development and enhancement of Temple Beth Am. We invite everyone to join with us as Roi Aloni leads us in an interactive, informative, and fun 90 minute experience on October 25th at 11:30 AM.
