Martin adopted Dryden's words by promising Canadians a federal election once the sponsorship inquiry tabled its report. However, Dryden is much more comfortable behind the scenes; and abhors the loud mouths, which, seemingly roar, daily in the halls of Ottawa's Parliament Buildings.
