Tennis triumphant in home opener Men’s basketball vs. SATURDAY, FEB. 28 Grand Valley State, 8:00 Track & fi eld at GLIAC Th e Bulldogs’ men’s tennis team won their fi rst game p.m. Championships, TBA at home in a non-league match-up against Northwestern Men’s tennis vs. India- Ohio. Th e Bulldogs came out fi ring on all cylinders, and napolis, 9:00 a.m. all four of their singles victories were in straight sets. Earlier in the week, the team lost in heartbreaking fashion to Hillsdale 74-73. Th e game was highlighted by a career high 37 points from senior guard Drew Lehman, but his poten- tial game-winning shot came up just short in the fi nal seconds. Th e Bulldogs took the loss in stride and rebounded with a 78-72 victory over SVSU at home. Nine total players scored points for the Bulldogs in the contest.
