Chair the Committee on the Shared Undergraduate Academic Experience and the Undergraduate Academic Council Note: to 2014, these duties were included in the role of Dean, Rosary College of Arts and Sciences.

As Dean: Responsible for the recruitment and development of Rosary College faculty (107 full- time and 150 part-time faculty), initiating and implementing polices and plans for the college in collaboration with the faculty and the university administration, curriculum development including establishing priorities among existing and proposed programs, enhancing the visibility and reputation of the college, and allocating resources to accomplish those responsibilities.
