Notice to Skippers no. 11/2021

Pursuant to Article 14 sec. 1 point 4 of the Act of 20 July 2017 – Water Law (Dz. U. /Journal Of Laws/ of 2021, item 624) and Art. 43 sec. 6 of the Act of 21 December 2000 on Inland Navigation (Dz. U. /Journal Of Laws/ of 2019, item 1568, 1901, 2170, of 2020, item 284.)

"Polish Waters" National Water Holding The Regional Water Management Board in Bydgoszcz announce that as of 19 July 2021 sluice no. 7 Łochowo located at km 144+980 on the Górnonotecki Canal on the Warta River - Bydgoszcz Canal section will be reopened due to the completion of the "Modernisation of barrages on the upper and lower part of canalised Noteć River - Łochowo" task.

The current condition allows the passage of vessels in both directions. Notice to Skippers No. 43/2020 dated 25 November 2020 is repealed.
