Date Festival Bringing Big Entertainers, Big Value and Big Fun to Fairgrounds Indio, CA- The Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival is pleased to announce larger than life entertainment! All concerts are included with the price of general admission. 2016 entertainers will include:
Ezequiel Peña, Saturday, February 13th at 7:00pm. His hits include: „Yo Vendo Unos Ojos Verdes‟ and „Orgullo Ranchero‟.
Trace Adkins, Sunday, February 14th at 7:30pm. Trace has sold over 10 million albums, cumulatively. His hit list includes “You're Gonna Miss This,” “Ladies Love Country Boys,” “Songs About Me,” “Every Light In The House,” “Hillbilly Bone (Blake Shelton & Trace Adkins),” and “Just Fishin‟,”
Morris Day and the Time and Sheila E Friday, February 19th at 7:00pm. Morris‟ hit tracks such as "Jerk Out" and "Jungle Love". Sheila E is a singer, world-class drummer, and percussionist Grammy Award-nominated singer/songwriter behind the seminal hits “The Glamorous Life” and “A Love Bizarre.” She will open For Morris Day and the Time.
KC & the Sunshine Band, Saturday, February 20th at 7:30pm. Four of their albums have gone Platinum or higher. Hits include: "That's the Way (I Like It)", "(Shake, Shake, Shake) Shake Your Booty", "I'm Your Boogie Man", "Keep It Comin' Love", "Get Down Tonight", "Boogie Shoes", "Please Don't Go" and "Give It Up".
Super Fiesta, Sunday, February 21st, 3pm. Featuring: Pedro Rivera with Banda Los Incomparables de Tijuana and Mariachi Alma de Jalisco.
The Fair will feature several extra value days giving fairgoers even more bang for their buck! Value Days include:
Opening Friday, February 12th Free admission from 10 am – Noon.
Canada Day – Tuesday, February 16th - Canadian residents will be admitted into the Fair for FREE with proof of residency (valid passport, license or identification card).
KMIR Day – Also on Tuesday, February 16th - KMIR viewers will get in to the Fair at a $4 discount with the mention of a key phrase to the ticket sellers. Tune in to KMIR for the money saving details.

Kids’ Days – Tuesday through Thursday 3pm to close - One child free per paid adult.

JFK Day - Saturday, February 20th – “Keeping You Healthy & Moving” – First 500 Fairgoers will receive a pedometer (limit one per family).
Veterans plus three guests are admitted free every day with proper identification.

The 70th Annual Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival is presented by Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, the desert‟s leader in gaming and entertainment. The Fair, in Indio, runs February 12-21, 2016.
