This has manifestly made the home ownership more challenging among the first time home buyers and the young population with the rising cost of living. Dato’ Sri Lim Hock San, Managing Director of LBS said, “Every person needs a place to call home. We are happy to partner with Selangor State Government on this programme and thank you Dato’ Menteri Besar Selangor, Tuan Mohamed Azmin bin Ali for attending this morning to officiate the event. With this Rumah Selangorku in Bandar Saujana Putra, we believed it will certainly open up the doors of homeownership for more first-time homebuyers to realize their dream of owning their property with an affordable price.” The Rumah Selangorku Bandar Saujana Putra is a 5 blocks, 12 storey apartment comprises of 1,312 affordable housing units and 24 shop units. With a selling price of RM 150,000 and RM 180,000, for 800 square feet and 900 square feet respectively, the total gross development value (GDV) of the project is RM 228 million. The housing project is blessed with easy and direct access to major cities in Klang Valley as well as the Kuala Lumpur International Airport. However, choosing the suitable application method for larviciding is critical in increasing its effectiveness. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Bti (VectoBac®) WG using various applications at high-rise buildings. Three different applications of Bti treatment were applied at three high-rise buildings in Bandar Saujana Putra. The ULV machine is used for Pangsapuri Impian, a mist blower for Pangsapuri Seri Saujana and a pressured sprayer for BSP 21. BSP Skypark does not undergo treatment and acts as a control. The efficacy of Bti treatment was measured by analyzing the ovitrap surveillance data collected (POI and mLT) for pre and post-treatment. Post-treatment ovitrap surveillance indicates that the Aedes sp. mosquito density was lower than the density at the time of pre-treatment surveillance. Notis Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Keempat Dan Lanjutan Tempoh
NOTIS CATUAN BEKALAN AIR PERINGKAT KEEMPAT DAN LANJUTAN TEMPOH CATUAN DI PERINGKAT PERTAMA DAN KETIGA BAGI NEGERI SELANGOR, WILAYAH PERSEKUTUAN KUALA LUMPUR DAN PUTRAJAYA Adalah dimaklumkan berikutan keputusan Kerajaan Negeri Selangor untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengurangan pelepasan air mentah dari 500 Juta Liter Sehari (JLH) kepada 1,000 JLH dari Empangan Sungai Selangor dan 30 JLH dari Empangan Klang Gates, pihak SYABAS telah diminta oleh Kerajaan Negeri Selangor untuk menyediakan Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Keempat untuk dilaksanakan bagi menghadapi pengurangan bekalan air terawat yang disebabkan oleh keputusan ini. Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Keempat ini telah diluluskan oleh Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) pada 28 Mac 2014. Perlaksanaan Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Keempat ini melibatkan beberapa kawasan baru sebagai tambahan kepada kawasan-kawasan yang terlibat di dalam Pelan Catuan Peringkat Ketiga di sembilan (9) wilayah iaitu daerah Gombak, Hulu Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Petaling, Klang/Shah Alam, Hulu Langat, Kuala Langat, Sepang dan Kuala Selangor. Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Keempat akan berkuatkuasa mulai 4 April 2014 hingga 30 April 2014 atau ke satu tarikh yang akan diputuskan oleh Kerajaan Negeri Selangor. Pada masa yang sama, Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Pertama dan Ketiga yang sedang berjalan pada masa ini dilanjutkan mulai 1 April 2014 sehingga ke satu tarikh yang sama seiring dengan Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Ke Empat. Adalah dengan ini dimaklumkan juga bahawa Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Keempat ini akan dilaksanakan secara berasingan (separately) dengan jadual yang berlainan daripada Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Pertama dan Ketiga (Zon 1 dan 2). Kawasan tambahan yang telibat di dalam Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Keempat dibahagikan kepada Zon 3 dan 4.
