For Immediate Release LBS launches Rumah Selangorku in its flagship neighbourhood, BSP To address homeownership gap with affordable prices Bandar Saujana Putra, 16 May 2015 – In line with its commitment to build home for Malaysians, the leading property developer LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS) today announced the launch of its Rumah Selangorku affordable home project in Bandar Saujana Putra (BSP) to support the Selangor State Government’s effort in realizing the goal of owning a home which is affordably priced for every family. This has manifestly made the home ownership more challenging among the first time home buyers and the young population with the rising cost of living. With a selling price of RM 150,000 and RM 180,000, for 800 square feet and 900 square feet respectively, the total gross development value (GDV) of the project is RM 228 million. The housing project is blessed with easy and direct access to major cities in Klang Valley as well as the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
