I'm really excited to take the Supersuckers and Battleme on the road with us. I figure we have all rock bases covered. Each band brings something different to the table, but they all fit on the bill perfectly. If you come to one of these shows, YOU WILL BE ROCKED! – Clark

The Toadies have been playing together for the past two and half decades. As they reach another milestone in their career with the reissue of Rubberneck, they’re excited to take it on the road and play the that started it all from beginning to end for longtime fans.

20 years ago I would have never imagined that the album would have not only caught on, but held on for so long. The fans that album brought us have stayed with us over the years and continue to spread the word. I’m looking forward to seeing some familiar faces. – Vaden

Rubberneck was a platinum selling, breakthrough album for the Toadies thanks in part to the incredibly successful single “Possum Kingdom.” The album hit #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart and went on to spend 49 weeks on the Billboard 200. The band built up quite a following, touring extensively throughout the 90s, opening for a number of noteworthy artists including , White Zombie, Bush and The . They also had a few headlining and co-headlining runs with likeminded bands such as the Supersuckers (who are joining them for this momentous tour) and .

In 2008, the Toadies made their debut following the release of – their first album for Kirtland Records. That same year the band launched the hugely successful Dia De Los Toadies – an annual roving music festival in Texas. Now in its seventh year, “Dia” has become known for its performances by notable (and mostly Texas) artists like Gary Clark, Jr., The Black Angels, Eisley, , Ben Kweller, Bowling for Soup, Riverboat Gamblers, , Centromatic, Helmet, Mariachi El Bronx, The Sword and Black Joe Lewis. Fall 2009 saw the band playing Austin City Limits for the first time and 2010 brought more touring after Kirtland decided to release Feeler, the follow-up to Rubberneck that had been shelved by Interscope.

Now with the 20-year anniversary reissue of Rubberneck set for release April 1st, the band is thrilled to be announcing a big US headlining tour. The remastered record includes five bonus tracks made up of cutss from the original Rubberneck recording sessions and exclusive live material. This will also be the first time the groundbreaking album will be available on 180 gram vinyl.
