Perez-Galicia and Jearure C RESOLUTION NO. 7OG2OI7 DECLARING MLTNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. +zLfi OB TIIE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF MAPANDAN, PANGASINAN, "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT OFFICE (LDRRMO) WITH LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT OFFICER III (LDRRMO III), SALARY GRADE 18 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAPANDAN, PANGASTNAN" AS WITHIN THE CONFERRED POWERS OF TIIE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN TO ENACT WITEREAS, the Sanggunian g Bayan of Mapandan, pangasinan submiued its Municipal Ordinance No. 4-2017 to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for review and evaluation pursuant to Section 56 of R.A. Baniqued, Jr. and Generoso D. Tulagan, Jr. and co-sponsored by Sp Members Sheila Marie S. Perez-Galicia and Jeanne Jinky C. Zaplan, duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang panlalawigan in session assembled, to declare Municipal Ordinance No. 4-2017 of the Sangguniang Bayan of Mapandan, Pangasinan, "An Ordinance creating the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Maragement office (LDRRMO) with local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Officer III (LDRRMO III), Salary Grade 18 in the Municipality of \tapandan, Pangasinan" as within the conferred powers of the Sangguniang Bayan to enact; RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be fumished the O{Iice of the Municipal Mayor and the OIIice of the Sangguniang Bayan of Mapandan, Pangasinan, for their information and guidance.
