Sussex University 1987-90 BA. Class: 2.1 Social Anthropology in the School of African and Asian Studies.

University of Manchester 1993-94 M.A. Distinction in Visual Anthropology at the Granada Centre. Practical filmmaking course in the observational, ethnographic tradition.

University of Manchester 2014-Present Honorary Lecturer in Visual Anthropology at the Granada Centre.

Prince Phillip (2018-19 TBC) One x 60 min film. On the south pacific island of Tanna, Prince Phillip is worshipped as a god.
