PRODUCTIONS BIOS

MICHAEL MORAN (Executive Producer) – Michael Moran is the Senior Vice President Production/Development for Larry Levinson Productions. Moran joined the company in 2003 and serves as head of development department and key creative executive on all original movies and miniseries produced for the company. Moran currently oversees all aspects of development and production, as Co-Executive Producer of entire production slate.

Before joining the company, Moran served as Vice President-Development for Hallmark Entertainment, where he worked on such projects as “Frankenstein,” “King Solomon’s Mines” and “Frederick Forsyth’s Icon.”

Previously, Moran held positions at Laurel Entertainment, working on the successful miniseries Stephen King’s “The Stand” and Stephen King’s “The Langoliers.”

Moran is a member of BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts) and the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

MICHAEL M. SCOTT (Executive Producer/Director) – As a director and producer, Michael M. Scott has been a creative force behind 16 television films for cable and network since 1990. Previously, he had a successful 10-year career producing, writing and directing documentaries and reality programs. His first major effort, while an undergraduate at Occidental College, resulted in “Alcatraz,” which aired on PBS. During the , Scott became closely associated with Dave Bell Associates, an award-winning production company, and was involved in documentary and nonfiction endeavors as a director, producer, writer, cinematographer and editor.

Most notably, Scott produced HBO’s “Decoys,” an examination of undercover in New York City. Scott’s segment-directing credits include specials and series such as “Unsolved Mysteries” (NBC/Lifetime), “Medical Diary” (Discovery) and “Post Mortem” (FOX), and most recently an episode of the Discovery series “Unsolved History.”

As a director, Scott recently shot “Special Delivery,” starring Lisa Edelstein and , “The Two Mr. Kissels,” starring John Stamos, and the holiday movie “Debbie Macomber’s Mrs. Miracle” and “Debbie Macomber’s Trading Christmas” for Hallmark Channel.

Scott directed several films for the Lifetime Network, including “Murder on Pleasant Drive,” “Tell Me No Lies,” “Her Sister’s Keeper” and “Best Friends.” Other directing credits include “Dangerous Heart” (USA Network), “Murder at 75 Birch” (CBS), “Like Father, Like Santa” (Fox Family), “Desperate Justice” (Lifetime) and “Escape From Terror” (NBC). Scott’s producing credits include “Murder 101” (USA), directed by Academy Award®-winning writer Bill Condon, “Sweet Poison” (USA) and “Dead in the Water” (USA) starring Bryan Brown and Teri Hatcher.

Having grown up in Mexico, Scott is fluent in Spanish and recently published a biographical book he collaborated on with journalist Jeff Morley about his father, who was CIA Station Chief in Mexico City for 15 years during the height of the Cold War. The book “Our Man in Mexico,” based on his father’s life, was published by Kansas University Press in March 2008.

ALLEN LEWIS (Executive Producer) - As Vice President of Production at Front Street Pictures, Allen Lewis is fortunate to be involved in many aspects of film making; from early development and budgeting, to a hands on approach with all facets of production and final delivery. Lewis has proudly worked on over 20 films for US and Canadian cable TV as well as several independent films. Most recently he was executive producer on “Duke,” (Steven Weber) “Debbie Macomber’s Trading Christmas,” (Tom Cavanagh, Faith Ford) “Time After Time” (Richard Thomas) and Supervising Producer on “Kiss at Pine Lake” and “Call Me Mrs. Miracle” () for the Hallmark Channel. Additionally he was Supervising Producer on “The Pastor’s Wife,” (Rose McGowan) the highly acclaimed “Sins of the Mother,” and the award winning “Taken From Me: the Tiffany Rubin Story” (Taraji Henson) for Lifetime. Lewis was also production manager on “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year,”(Henry Winkler) “Freshman Father,” “Edge of the Garden,” and co-producer for “Lies Between Friends”- all for the Hallmark Channel.

Lewis began developing his producing career at Front Street Pictures in the early 2000's after he received his M.A. in International Relations in Japan. He is a member of the Directors Guild of Canada and lives in Vancouver BC.

GARY GOLDSTEIN (Writer) – Gary Goldstein has written numerous Hallmark Channel Original Movies including the comedies “The Wish List,” starring Jennifer Esposito and David Sutcliffe and “A Crush On You” with Brigid Brannagh and Sean Patrick Flanery. For Hallmark Movie Channel, Goldstein wrote “The Cabin” starring Lea Thompson and Steven Brand and most recently, the country-western themed “Strawberry Summer” with Shelley Long and Cindy Williams.

He also recently adapted his romantic comedy screenplay "This Magic Moment" for another upcoming Hallmark telefilm, to air in 2013.

Goldstein’s indie feature "Politics of Love," a romantic comedy set before the 2008 U.S. Presidential election, was released in summer 2011 (it is currently available on DVD with frequent cable airings on Showtime). He also wrote the feature romantic comedy, “If You Only Knew,” which was produced by Eternity Pictures and Moonstone Entertainment, and starred Johnathon Schaech, Alison Eastwood, James LeGros and Lainie Kazan.

The writer has sold or optioned a number of original screenplays to various studios, production companies and independent producers, has a string of episodic television credits including “Beverly Hills, 90210” and “Saved by the Bell,” and has sold half-hour comedy pilots to both NBC and Warner Bros. Television.

Goldstein has written several comedies for the stage including “Just Men,” at Hollywood’s Stella Adler Theatre and “Parental Discretion” and “Three Grooms and a Bride,” which both enjoyed long runs at the Coast Playhouse in West Hollywood. His family drama “Curtain Call” premiered in November 2008 at Carmel, California’s Pacific Repertory Theatre, where it was selected as the winner of PacRep’s 2007 Hyperion Playwriting Competition.
