Safe and Secure – Come to the Chugoku Region of Japan We would firstly like to offer our deepest gratitude for the warm support and encouragement we received from people all over the world following the Great East Japan Earthquake. In saying so, due to the concern and travel restriction advice issued by various international governments on account of the effects of the earthquake, tsunami and the resultant nuclear power plant accident, there have been a huge number of tourism cancellations and cessation of flights to Japan. We can only imagine that there must be many people harboring reservations about enjoying a tourist trip to Japan. However, the Chugoku region is located in Western Japan, and did not receive either any direct damage from the earthquake itself or any aftereffects to be cause for concern. We are operating international charter, freight and passenger flights from all prefectures in the Chugoku region as normal. The tourist spots in all prefectures in the Chugoku region will show warm hospitality to all those who visit, and will show the “spirit of Japan” through tourism. Welcoming everyone as tourists from overseas will reinvigorate the spirit of the Japanese people, and we firmly believe it will lead to the earliest possible recovery of Japan. Please, come and visit the Chugoku region of Japan. We look forward to seeing you.
