WCIA-TV - CAPITOL BUREAU CHIEF (FEBRUARY 2017 – PRESENT) Mark covers the statehouse for WCIA in Champaign, and for affiliate Nexstar stations WTVO in Rockford, WMBD in Peoria-Bloomington, and WHBF in Moline-Davenport. Mark also hosts and moderates Capitol Connection, the Sunday political program that airs on CBS after Face the Nation.

WHDT WORLD NEWS - NEWS ANCHOR, MANAGING EDITOR (JULY 2014 – JANUARY 2017) Mark anchored the evening newscast for WHDT-TV in Fort Pierce-West Palm Beach and Fort Myers-Naples, Florida for nearly three years. Mark also managed the newsroom staff, assigned stories, and hired and trained new reporters. Mark's top stories included exposing cover-ups in the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office and covering the 2016 presidential election.
