Formation of Union level organizations and election of Union level persons related to legislature, executive and judiciary and seeking of approval of the Hluttaw have been done in accord with the relevant laws and rules at Pyidaungsu Hluttaw, Pyithu Hluttaw and Amyotha Hluttaw formed in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar which came into force on 31 January 2011. 2. It is hereby announced that legislative, executive and judicial powers exercised by the State Peace and Development Council have been transferred to the Union level persons who were elected in accord with the relevant laws and rules and approved by the Hluttaw from the time they made affirmation at the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw on 30 March 2011. 3.
