An RFP was written to identify products that were admission and recruitment focused and offer out-of-the-box functionality that would meet the requirements identified by the OEM and Graduate School Admission staff. The objective is to replace the Oracle CRM product with a more cost-effective tool for marketing to prospective students, as well as managing all undergraduate and graduate applicants.

After a thorough evaluation of the vendor responses, the Graduate School Admission staff selected CollegeNET’s Prospect CRM and Admit products because they are designed for graduate education. They can be used to manage current students as well as prospects and applications.

The Admit product provides in its current version all of the functionality the Graduate School needs to increase efficiency in processing applications. The Prospect product meets the Graduate School needs for communication with prospects and applicants, and can be used to manage current students.

A web based application will allow authorized developers to request accounts and manage existing accounts. The application will fulfill requests in real time, as well as allow the developer to update attributes, including changing the password.
