Apolo Tubulars (Sept/2010 – Feb/2018) Commercial director. Apolo Tubulars is a Brazilian manufacturer of 23/8” to 95/8” API structural and industrial pipes, notably serving the O&G market, with Petrobras as its main customer. With this, it currently holds a lump-sum supply contract worth $650 million. During my tenure, I was directly responsible for the bid pricing strategy that resulted in lump-sum OCTG pipe supply contracts for PETROBRAS with a total value over R$ 1 billion. Besides routine sales management, prospecting new customers and developing new customers, my responsibilities include: reviewing PETROBRAS standards and guidelines for pipes welded using the high frequency induction process (HFIW) for both downstream (NR-76) as well as for upstream (ET200), opening of new markets, notably in the US and Canada, management of the Lump-sum agreement with PETROBRAS, which serves all its Operating Units, among others. Krest International (Jul/2009 – Sept/2010) Technical Consultancy in the introduction of new drilling mud additives from Impact Solutions (www.impact-os.com) into the Brazilian O&G market, as well as in the increase of its sales, with PETROBRAS as its main customer.. Superpesa Cia de Transportes Especiais e Intermodais (Oct/2008 – Jan/2010) Technical consultancy in management of projects, contracts and claims with expertise in installation and repair projects for subsea lines and horizontal directional drilling (HDD), as well as budgets for commercial proposals in these areas. In HDD operations, Superpesa is associated with MGI (Mears Group, Inc). Global Brasil Oleodutos e Serviços (Nov/2007 – Sept/2008) Project Manager for Camarupim Project, between Global (www.globalind.com) and PETROBRAS, to build and install a 52 km pipeline off the coast of Espírito Santo. This project included the construction of a 1200m horizontal directional hole (HDD) at Cacimbas beach, Espírito Santo. 2 . Wood Group/Santos Barbosa (Aug/2005 – Nov/2007) Operations Director. Responsible for all operations of the Company, in Macaé, Rio de Janeiro. Santos Barbosa is a company of the Wood Group, a Scottish group that in Brazil does engineering, manufacturing and assembly, especially for naval repairs on offshore platforms/drill ships. PETROBRAS is its largest customer, and during these more than 2 years, it had a naval repair contract for Petrobras' own 4 drilling rigs, with engineering and services englobing the disciplines of metal structures, piping, electrical and instrumentation work. During this period, I was also responsible for winning a contract with Sevan Marine for naval repairs and commissioning of its cylindrical platform in the Piranema field of PETROBRAS. PETROBRAS (Jan/2005 – Jul/2005) Engineer hired to implement the GASENE Project in the area of Gas & Energy. It included the implementation of a pipeline, approximately 1,300 km long, to connect Cabiúnas in Macaé to Catu in Bahia. This project involves a US$ 1.3 billion investment financed by the Exim Bank of China through with BNDES and is expected to be completed by mid-2010. Oi - Telemar (Dec/2002 – Oct/2004) Competitive Intelligence and Internet Manager, reporting to the Marketing Director. Manager responsible for monitoring the competition and the Telecom market, as well as all content and layout of the company's websites. I also managed all contracts with external suppliers for these areas. PETROBRAS (Jun/2002 – Dec/2002) Engineer hired to develop the technical and economic feasibility study (EVTE) on contracting an FPSO for the Marlim Sul Field.
