All four cities show increases in average sales price and the days on market seems stable. Sachse and Murphy are nearing build out with just small pockets of new construction. Wylie is the heavy hitter with lots of new construction opportunities. Lavon is incredibly affordable, especially since the completion of the Highway 78 expansion. What does this mean to you? Your homes are continuing to appreciate. Rachelle, a native Texan, was anxious to move back home, and in 2016 they made that desire a reality.
