(unr) = did not appear on the previous ranking list. • Players become part of the Initial Rating process if they do not already have their “f” final Starting Points AND they have a change to their results. This change can be due to new results being added, dropped (no longer part of the current 4-year cycle), or modified to correct any error discovered.
