Fleisher / Ollman Gallery 2012-13 Architectural Design / Project Management, Philadelphia, PA Provided design and documentation for art gallery relocation to new 3500 sf space. Worked with owner, constultants and contractors throughout project. Design work incorporated the re-use of existing steel fixtures / furnishings and a new LED energy-saving lighting plan. 2012 Shrake Residence Architectural Design, Ardmore, PA Provided new rear entrance, garden, fence and storage area for a 1920’s Craftsman home.

Smedley St. Residence 2010-12 Architectural Design / Construction Management / Owner’s Representative, Philadelphia, PA Complete gut rehab of an old Philadelphia row home. Sourced and restored vintage plumbing fixtures, hardware and other salvaged pieces throughout the home.

Surf Shack Studio 2010 Architectural Design, Venice Beach / Los Angeles, CA Provided design for client’s garage-to-studio apartment conversion. Work included custom built-in murphy bed, desks, closets and kitchen cabinetry using a mix of reclaimed and new materials.

Toyota Corporation / Saatchi & Saatchi LA 2010 Architectural Branding Design Consultant, Los Angeles, CA / Houston, TX Worked as the architectural design consultant to the Saatchi & Saatchi Toyota brand team to provide three conceptual design schemes for the courtside VIP lounge at the Toyota Center in Houston, TX.

Municipal Art Society of New York / Penn Institute for Urban Research 2009 Exhibition Design / Build and Graphics, New York CIty Re-designed the exhibition Re-Imagining Cites: Urban Design After the Age of Oil for the MAS galleries, provided on-site construction and installation of walls, fixtures, graphics, and included projects, as well as designed printed collateral materials supporting the show.

Urban Outfitters Materials Specialist, Asheville, NC Worked with in-house store design team to create custom exterior finish and integrated signage for their new store. Created samples, hand-painted signage, and architectural specifications.

Schiele Museum of Natural History Green design consultant, Environmental Studies Center, Gastonia, NC Worked with architect to deliver schematic design for new education center addition to the museum. Urban Outfitters Store Design, Philadelphia, PA Worked with ongoing store improvement team to renovate existing store, reorganize store flow and solidify material palette. Work included custom furniture, fixtures and large scale photographic wall art.

STYLEX Showroom design, Chicago, IL Redesigned corporate showroom for NeoCon 2008 furniture show, implementing new graphic campaign, custom designed furniture and peripherals, and accompanying literature.

The ALDO Group / Le Groupe ALDO SPRING Prototype, Montreal, QC Redesigned a prototype store for the SPRING shoe brand for expansion into international markets.

Far Coast / The Coca-Cola Company 2005-7 Architectural Branding, Design and Construction Management, Toronto, ON; Oslo, Norway; Singapore and Atlanta, GA Worked with the Coca-Cola Company to create a new international brand of brewed beverages while working with in-house and independent marketing teams and graphic design firms. Created architectural identity for brand and designed 4 locations as well as kiosk/store-in-store prototype. Managed international production, coordination with local architects and provided construction management and supervision in all locations.

Urban Outfitters 2006-7 Store Design, several locations including Atlanta, Seattle, Milwaukee, and Leeds, UK Designed retail locations for international brand and coordinated with local architects and in- house teams, concept through construction.

The ALDO Group / Le Groupe ALDO 2006-7 Little Burgundy re-branding and retail prototype, Montreal, QC Redesigned the ALDO sub-brand STONERIDGE and its retail architectural identity, creating a new identity named Little Burgundy.

Stephen Gastright, AIA Designer/Project Manager, Philadelphia, PA 06-05-10/05 Designed and managed the residential conversion of a vacant commercial building to a three-family dwelling.

Big Sue, Inc. Design Build Team and Fabricator, Brooklyn, NY 04/05-05/05 Provided design consultation and construction expertise for contractor/owner’s two green design/ 10/02-04/04 build projects. Design work included creating plans for a 50K sq ft. commercial building as well as many features and fixtures throughout the two buildings. Construction work included carpentry, window fabrication, installation of radiant heating system, concrete formwork, and custom steelwork.

Loci Architecture PC, Project Manager, New York City 04/04-03/05 Coordinated the two-stage expansion of an academic campus for Molloy College in Rockville Centre, NY; a parking expansion and a 12.500 sq. ft modular mixed-use academic building. Worked with contractor, site engineers and modular fabricator as designer, manager and client’s representative. Other design/management projects included one office and three residential renovations.

Lewis.Tsurumaki.Lewis, Model maker/designer, New York City 09/02-10/02 Designed and constructed large-scale model for the firm’sTourbus Hotel project exhibited in the New Hotels for Global Nomads exhibit at the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum.

Montgomery Associates Architects, Draftsman/Consultant, York, SC Drew a full set of construction documents for an auto filling station and restaurant. Worked with lead 05/00-08/00 architect as design consultant.

The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, Art Services Crew, New York City 05/97-06/99 Constructed and installed exhibits for both Fifth Avenue and SoHo branches. Experience included art handling and installation, demolition, carpentry, fixture production, painting, electrical and a/v work.
