WKSF GENERAL MEETING MINUTE

At 31 December 2020, at 18:00 (time in London) at Operating office WKSF in Turbigo(MI), Italy the WKSF Online General Meeting 2020 was started to discuss and deliberate the following Orders of Day: 1. Report of President on the activities carried out by WKSF in 2020. 2. Presentation and approval of the 2020 financial statments. 3. Presentation and approval of the 2021 budget year. 4. Choice of location for the WKSF World Championship 2021 and TAFISA World Games, WKSF European Championship 2021, WKSF Asia Championship 2021, WKSF Open Cup North America 2021, WKSF Open Cup South Amaerica 2021 and WKSF Open Cup Oceania 2021. It assumes the presidency, according to the statutes, Mr. Ilika Oleh, president of WKSF Executive Committe, wich saw the regulation of the convening of the assembly, declare open the session. Are present at meeting 29 countries representing the countries: Australia, Brazil, Belarus, Canada, Croatia, France, Denmark, England, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Ireland, Israel, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Scotland, Sweden, Spain, Taiwan, Ukraine, USA, Uzbekistan, Jordan, Japan, Korea. Total votation of 29 Country, members. The President procede to open the discussion of Orders of Day. 1) Report of President on the activities carried out by WKSF in 2020. Was presented by President to all representatives all work made by WKSF during 2020. 2) Presentation and approval of the 2020 financial statments. Was presented by President to all representatives all Financial Report by WKSF during 2020. Financial Report 2020 was approved. 3) Presentation and approval of the 2021 budget year. Was presented by President to all representatives the WKSF budget for 2021. Budget for 2021 was approved. 4) Choice of location for the WKSF World Championship 2021 and TAFISA World Games, WKSF European Championship 2021, WKSF Asia Championship 2021, WKSF Open Cup North America 2021, WKSF Open Cup South Amaerica 2021 and WKSF Open Cup Oceania 2021.

Nominations to organize the Continental Championships and Continental Open Cups, were submitted by Continental Comission Coordinators. Candidacy to organize World Championship was decided in August during Covid-19 Pandemic (where all continental and World Championships and Continental Open Cups were cancelled), automatically candidacy of the World Championship passed from Scotland to Portugal (reason in which TAFISA moved World Games october 2020 to June 2021). *WKSF World Championship 18-24 Giune 2021 in Portugal (Lisboa) and TAFISA World Games. *WKSF European Championship 20-24 October in Sweden (Falun). *WKSF Asian Championship 11-12 December in China (Shanghai). *WKSF Oceania Open Cup 13-14 August in Australia (Brisbane). *WKSF North America Open Cup 16-17 October in USA (Sarasota, Florida). *WKSF South America Open Cup 30 October-01 November in Brasil (San Paolo). Candidatures were accepeted and approved.
