Camera quality issues:

Concern Points :- 1. Setting of camera- enable monochrome mode 2. Light and distance of target picture 3. Check bokeh mode enable 4. Check slow motion mode 5. Setting of picture is at low 6. Camera model faulty

Solution Check points

1. Enable Monochrome Mode 2. Check scratch on camera glass 3. Check distance of target from camera more than 20 meter and also check Bokeh mode open Some places get baller. 4. May be slow-mo mode Selected. 5. Bright ness setting at negative value on Image Adjustment. 6. May be camera model faulty ,can make phone reset to factory and if not done visit service point. 2.2 White Line on Camera

Issues: 1. Check same white line coming on display without camera on. If yes, issue is with display not camera. 2. Still same line on camera, restore default to camera setting. 3. If still solution not done, try to apply code to reset phone after taken all data backup. 4. Check physical condition of phone any damage and advise to visit /Honor service point.

Dual back camera not working

Checks 1. Launch back camera and capture picture – if yes back camera is Ok. 2. Being Dual camera related with RGB and Monochrome, first check whether both mode settings happening in camera to confirm both camera working.

Solutions for fault 1. If not working and try to open and returning at main menu – camera is not working. Web / Network cause:

Issue with opening web and hanging>> May be local network strength low, check signal strength Back ground apps running and clear that.

Hardware Cause: 1. Any Game/Apps taking too much space. 2. Any external hardware is not supporting with processor speed 3. Speed of device and External hardware is not matching line memory card class.

Solutions: 1. Clear back ground apps 2. Check in memory any particular game / apps is creating issue – like in-call recorder makes slow to phone operation 3. Remove MMC card and check phone operation speed. 2.5 Battery Backup

Causes more battery consumptions – Device and non device 1. Multiple third party apps- Shareit, heavy games, Active battery consuming Apps 2. Network situation – local or roaming, moving changing GPS 3. Playing heavy and more battery consuming games 4. Keeping on Wi-fi, Bluetooth, push notification and auto update of third party apps. 5. Default Build issue.

Precautions and saving battery advises:- 1. Battery backup date are define on standard lab conditions. 2. Disable Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, Date, Location information. 3. Select proper screen brightness and volume 4. Also keep temperature 0-35 degree and low temperature use more battery backup. 5. Clean up back ground apps time to time. 6. Check correct software build 7. Check hardware also may be PCBA or battery also. 2.6 Battery Charging Related Issues

Causes:

1. High Charging time 2. Interface effected charging time C type. • C-type – Honor8 pro, Honor V10 • B type – Honor 6x, 7x.

Solution: There are two type charging Interface and charging time depond on phone facility

1. Honor 6x and 7x having B type charging time with 5V /2A charger, same will be taking more time compare to C type changing Interface because c type phone having fast charging. 2. Average 160-180 Min. required to fully charge battery and C type will be over in around 120 min from original charger.

3. To get fully battery backup, we have to charge phone initially 8-10 charging after battery show low charging So that battery will provide full backup.

4. Battery life is depend on charging time and its auto reduce with time. 2.7 Mobile Heating While Usage

G- 3D creator in camera is not working –

Solution :- 1- Check camera setting and make it default setting. 2- Make device reset to factory after data back up. 3- Said problem identify and new version will fix it and same will be roll out in April. E- Fast charging is not supporting in Honor V10 Being Charger having dual rating 5V/2A and 9V/2A , if battery is low its do fast changing and average charging time of V10 is 113-120Min. correct charger must be used for fast charging E- Phone Heating while usage . General FAQs 3.1 How do I set up my VR box?

1. Does my phone support fast charging?

Yes, Honor 8 pro supports.5V/2A & 9V/2A fast charging. Use the charger and data cable that come with the phone for optimal charging experience.

Honor7x and Honor 6x does not support fast charging. Fast charging time is around 120 min and normal charging 180 min. Fast Charging used C type cable Interface Normal charging use B type cable interface 3.3 Plastic SIM Card Tray

Are plastic card trays easily damaged?

Card trays are rigorously tested for strength and durability, which means the chances of them being damaged are quite low. As the card tray is used inside the phone, it should be safe from damage as long as it is fixed securely in place. Why is there so much image noise when I take photos?

Cause:

When taking photos in low light conditions, it is normal for your photos to come out dark or for image noise to appear taking photos in low light conditions, the camera will automatically increase its ISO number in order to increase its sensitivity to light. A downside to this increased sensitivity to light is that image noise will also be increased.

Solution:

This manifests itself as specks and dots on the image. To reduce image noise, avoid taking photos in low light conditions or try enabling the auto fill light function on the upper left of the camera menu. Where possible, try to take photos in environments with ample lighting. 3.6 Dual-lens camera

What are the advantages of a dual-lens camera over a normal camera?

The Honor uses a dual-lens camera. The quality of images and photo shooting experience have been improved through image processing and recognition. Compared with the traditional single-lens cameras, dual-lens cameras have advantages in wide aperture shooting, quick focus, image definition, and noise control.

Is one of the lenses the primary lens and one the secondary lens?

Yes. The left one look from the back of the phone is the primary one, and the right one is the secondary one. The primary camera is the RGB camera, while the secondary camera is the monochrome camera. 3.7 Large aperture

Why does long-distance shots not have blurring effects in large aperture mode?

In large aperture mode, if the target objects are distant, the depth difference is not obvious. In this case, the blurring effect will not evident. This issue is caused by optical physical reasons and cannot be completely eliminated. Other similar products also have this issue.

Why cannot the focus be adjusted in wide aperture mode?

This is because that the focus has been fixed at about 2 meters to achieve the optimal shooting results in wide aperture mode. 3.8 Laser

What are laser functions and effects?

The phone has the laser component, which can be used to accelerate focus speeds under viewfinder, shooting, and recording scenarios in wide aperture effect. To have better user experience, the laser hole must be kept clean and free of stains.
