For many dancers this was their first trip to Ukraine­ and was a lifetime experience. The trip began in Lviv, where we toured Lvivyarnya Brewery and learned the his- tory of brewing beer. While in Lviv, Yevshan was able to eat in some unique restaurants; one being Kryivka, where dan- cers were greeted with “Slava Ukraini” and dancers replied “Heroyam Slava!” After a short stay in Lviv, the group headed to Ternopil. In between visit- ing historical sites and taking a boat ride on the lake, Yevshan had its first performance.
