B OSN I A AND HERZEGO VINA

Gradiška (BIH-HR): • Waiting time on BiH exit 2 hours, 20 vehicles in the waiting line. • Waiting time on BiH entry 1 hour. • Jams at the customs terminal Gradiška. Rača (BIH-SRB): • 3 freight vehicles waiting on BiH exit. • 5 freight vehicles waiting on BIH entry. • 10 vehicles at the terminal that are waiting for veterinary or phytosanitary checks.

As of Sept 12, 2020 all foreigners may enter Bosnia and Herzegovina provided that they have a negative PCR test for coronavirus, not older than 48 hours. Entry into BiH without presenting a negative test for SARS-COV-2 is allowed to citizens of Montenegro, Republic of Serbia and Republic of , when they enter BiH directly from the states of which they are citizens as well as their minor children and spouses who are citizens of other countries.

ALBANIA

• H. Hotit (MNE): waiting time on entry 1 hour (22 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 1 hour (6 vehicles). • Durres (ITA): waiting time on entry 1 hour (13 vehicles), no delays on exit. • Morine (XK): waiting time on entry 1 hour (4 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 1 hour (7 vehicles). • Q.Thane (MKD): waiting time on entry 1 hour (3 vehicles), no delays on exit. • Kapshtice (GR): waiting time on entry 1 hour (2 vehicles), waiting time on exit 1 hour (3 vehicles). • Kakavia (GR): no delays on entry, and no delays on exit.

CROATIA

• Bregana border crossing: no delays on entry, and waiting time on exit 1 hour. • Macelj border crossing: no delays on entry, waiting time on exit is 1 hour. • Bajakovo border crossing: waiting time on entry 1 hour, waiting time on exit 2 hours. • Tovarnik and Slavonski Šamac border crossing: waiting time on entry is 1 hour.

On A3 Bregana-Lipovac, a convoy of vehicles of 6 km between the junctions Kosnica and Most Sava. Until October the 29th at the Županja junction, the exit branch from the direction of Lipovac and the entrance branch in the direction of Bregana were closed. The traffic was redirected to the junctions Babina Greda, Spačva i Lipovac. On A2 -Macelj between junctions Zaprešić and Sveti Križ Začretje, there is two-way traffic and due to roadworks in the Krapina-Sveti Križ Začretje area there is one-lane traffic. On Goričan-Zagreb on the night of October 27th and 28th, from 9 pm and 5 am, the section between the Novi Marof and Varaždinske Toplice junctions in the direction of Goričan will be closed. On A7 due to works on the Rupa junctions, the section Jurdani – Rupa border crossing in the direction Rupa border crossing. On A1 Zagreb-Ploče, until Nov 27, the roadworks zone at Otočac-Perušić will be 9 km long and there will be two-way traffic in the lane towards with 60km/h speed limit. From October 01 till 31, from 8pm till 7am, every day except Sunday, at Žuta Lokva junction, entrance lane direction Zagreb and main highway lane there will be multiple traffic suspension. Till October the 29th due to the passage of emergency transport through the Plasina tunnel and the Pećine viaduct, on the section between the Otočac and Perušić junctions, between 3 am and 6 am, traffic will be interrupted twice for fifteen minutes.

On the Krk bridge (DC102) there is alternating traffic with 30km/h speed limit until December 20. On the Istrian Y, between junctions Rogovići and Vranja there is temporary traffic regulation that bans vehicles wider than 3 m.

All persons from Croatia who are travelling to Italy and Austria must have a negative COVID - 19 test not older than 72 hours upon entry, or should be tested within 48 hours of entering Italy. Transit through Italy and Austria is currently not limited and does not require a negative COVID - 19 test. As of August 15, all Croatian citizens entering Serbia must have a negative PCR test not older than 48 hours, which includes transit through Serbia as well. As of September 1, only three border crossings between Hungary and Croatia are open: Duboševica-Udvar, Terezino Polje-Barcs (only for Croatian and Hungarian citizens) and Goričan- Leteneye. Hungary closes the borders for all passengers who don't have a residential address in that country. The entry is only allowed for so-called justified cases .

SLO VENIA

SLO-CRO border crossing: • Obrežje: waiting time on entry 1 hour and no delays on exit. • Gruškovje: waiting time on entry 3 hours and no delays on exit. • Starod: waiting time on entry 1 hour and no delays on exit. • Karavanke i Šentilj: waiting time on exit 6 hours. • Zavrč: waiting time on entry 1 hour and no delays on exit. ITA-SLO border crossing: • As of April 19, arranging freight vehicle convoys is no longer required to enter CRO at Obrežje border crossing nor travelling in convoys through CRO. Subsequently, the Slovenian police has stopped arranging convoys at checkpoints with Italy (Fernetti and Italy). SLO-HUN border crossing: • An agreement has been reached regarding the passengers crossing SLO-HUN borders. It is the second country after Croatia, where SLO borders are fully open. SLO-AUT border crossing: • As of June 5, restrictions are lifted on passenger flow Austria-Slovenia.

On the main road Črnuče-Trzin, the reparation of the driving lanes has begun. In direction towards Trzin, the traffic will be organised in one lane. After that, the reparations will be on the road towards Ljubljana. The Velenje-Škale road will be closed in Velenje until October the 30th. The Primorski highway will be closed in both directions between 9 pm and 5 am from October the 25th to October the 27th between the Kozina and Kastelec junctions and from October the 27th to October the 28th between Crni Kal and Smin junctions.

When crossing the border, all drivers need to have on them a Permit for working in the international transport – this document is used as a proof and no quarantine is needed in that case. New instructions for international transport drivers that are returning from Serbia or BiH to SLO over weekend by a car. Besides usual documentation, it is now necessary to have a statement containing data on the company, driver, day and hour of departure, plate number and direction where the next tour out of SLO is headed. It is important that from the moment of entry in SLO till the moment of exiting SLO there is no more than 6 hours.

There are new rules for entering Slovenia: the earlier quarantine for the neighboring countries that are on the red or orange list is replaced with a negative test for Covid-19, and there is no quarantine when entering SLO. All exceptions related to international traffic remain.

MONTENEGRO

Dobrakovo (MNE) – Gostun (SRB) border crossing: • 15 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 2.5 hours. No delays on exit. • TCG is dispatched regularly, upon arrival at the border crossing, the trucks are dispatched immediately. • There is no quarantine, Bosnian and foreign drivers are given written instructions to regularly contact epidemiologists.

Ilino brdo – Klobuk border crossing from Bosnia: • 5 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 1 hour. No delays on exit. • During the 08.00-12.00 working hours, waiting time is 30 minutes. Customs procedures are performed as HGVs arrive at border crossing. • No quarantine.

Debeli Brijeg (MNE) – Karasović (HR) border crossing: • 5 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 50 minutes. 2 trucks waiting on exit, waiting time 20 minutes. • There is no separate line for vehicles in transit and they are in the waiting line with the rest of the trucks. However, transit vehicles are given written instructions on deadline to exit Montenegro. • No quarantine.

Božaj (MNE) - Hani i Hotit (AL) Border crossing: • 8 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 50 minutes. 2 trucks waiting on exit, waiting time 20 minutes. • There is no separate line for vehicles in transit and they are in the waiting line with the rest of the trucks. However, transit vehicles are given written instructions on deadline to exit Montenegro. • No quarantine.

While it is obligatory to have a test result to cross the border, passengers will not be able to enter Montenegro from Bosnia and Herzegovina through the border crossing Šćepan Polje - Hum, on the road Plužine - Foča. Entrance is possible from 07.00 to 19.00 at the border crossing Metaljka on the road Pljevlja - Čajniče. Due to cases of infection in Rožaje, the border crossing Vuča-Godovo on the road Rožaje-Tutin is closed. RUSSIA

• Senkovka ∕ Novi Yurkovich: no delays on entry and exit. • Grejac / Pogar: no delays on entry and exit. • Bacevsk / Trobortnoe: no delays on entry and exit. • Terehovo: no delays on entry and exit, 302 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Paternieki: waiting time on entry and exit 3 hours (20 vehicles), 68 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Silene: no delays on entry and exit, 64 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Grebnevo: no delays on entry and exit, 42 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Domanovo – Makrany: no delays on entry and exit.

Quarantine measures do not apply to international transport drivers. Regarding passenger traffic: • Terehovo border crossing: 14 passenger vehicles have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Paternieki border crossing: 5 passenger vehicles have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Silene border crossing: 36 passenger vehicles have crossed the border in the last 24 hours • Grebnevo border crossing: 2 passenger vehicle has crossed the border in the last 24 hours.
