LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 29, 2013-- ConAgra Foods, Inc. (NYSE: CAG) today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: RAH). ConAgra Foods agreed to acquire Ralcorp on November 26, 2012, for $90.00 in cash per share of Ralcorp common stock.
