JAMES JONES AND TRISTAN THOMPSON TEAMED UP WITH FOURTH GRADERS FOR BOGGLE TOURNAMENT: Usually on the same side, Cavs teammates James Jones and Tristan Thompson faced off against each other in a highly-competitive game on Wednesday afternoon. And each player found himself with new teammates. All in the name of Boggle! The two veteran players hosted the fourth grade class from Denison School of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District for a Boggle tournament, as part of the Cavs Read to Achieve program, at Cleveland Clinic Courts. This month’s Read to Achieve challenge was all about finding the right words in a special Cavaliers word search. The theme carried over to CCC on Wednesday, where the two players joined the students in competing against each other to earn points for finding the most unique words while also showing off their basketball skills. Cavs PA announcer Olivier Sedra oversaw the tournament.
