His last official decision came here in Binghamton on April 23, when he was torched for six runs on five hits in the first inning and only managed to record one out. He had previously limited Red Jerseys 4-6 the Rumble Ponies to one run on five hits over five innings on April 18 but did not factor in to the decision. Rios, 22, was signed by the Alternate Jerseys 0-0 Blue Jays as an international free agent in 2012. This is his second stint in Double-A.
