“Her implants appear a bit ‘high’ which could be due to how the pocket was created for the implant or due to some degree of scar tissue around the implants which prevented them from settling into position. There appears to be a noticeable gap between the implants, which creates a somewhat unnatural looking cleavage area. An anatomic breast implant, also known as a “tear drop” shaped implant, could have created a more natural look. I would estimate she is now between a B and C cup bra.”
