UPDATED 04.22.2020 | Page 1 FNAMERICA.COM HOW IT WORKS SELL GUNS, EARN POINTS, GET FREE GUNS THE PROGRAM FN has set up this program to reward dealer sales associates for supporting our brand. For every qualified sale, you will earn points. You will be able to redeem your points for FREE FN guns. SUMMARY This FN Dealer Rewards Program is provided by FN America, LLC and is available to any eligible salesperson employed by a federally licensed firearms retailer that sells new FN brand firearms. During the specified time period, qualified retail salespersons will earn points for each new FN brand firearm sold to a consumer. Only the firearms that are specifically listed are eligible to earn points. NOTE: IF IT IS NOT LISTED, IT IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO EARN POINTS. Each eligible salesperson in the FN Dealer Rewards Program may redeem earned points for as many firearms as possible, subject to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. All qualifying sales must be properly submitted to FNAMERICA.COM/DRP. All participants must read and comply with the terms and conditions. HOW TO SIGN UP AND PARTICIPATE Access the FN Dealer Rewards web page at FNAMERICA.COM/DRP. Sign up for an account by filling out all personal information requested. You will be required to provide proof of employment to sign up for an account. Once your account is set up, you can login to submit sales for points or redeem points for firearms. Select the correct product that was sold, this will have to match the page 3 of Form 4473. Upload a copy of “page 3” from the ATF Form 4473 associated with the qualifying sale you are submitting. This copy must be in PDF or JPG file format. Once you have enough points to redeem your reward, select that model that you would like and “Add” it. A- Go to fnamerica.com/dealer-portal/ and sign up for our dealer portal. The dealer portal has everything you need. Q- How long does the process take? A- Once you have submitted everything to redeem a firearm, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Q- What if the firearm that I would like to redeem is not in stock? A- We will notify you to choose another firearm, or you will be added to a wait-list and will get your item when it becomes available. Q- It is easier for me to submit the sales logs from work, can I use that instead of the 4473? A- No, only page 3 of Form 4473 will be accepted and approved. Q- Can the employees in my store share sales? A- No, this is an individual sales program. Please do not submit sales that you did not make yourself. Duplicate sales will be deleted. Q- Why do you need my social security number? A- Prizes awarded over a certain amount are subject to be taxed. If you are over that amount by the end of the year, you will received a 1099 form from FN. Q- We get guns shipped from you all the time, why do I need to send you a copy of my FFL? A- We ship a lot of guns, and FFLs expire. It saves everyone at FN time and cuts down on the time needed to process rewards. Q- Can I submit Winchester and Browning sales for points? A- No, only FN brand firearms can be used for the FN Dealer Rewards Program. Q- Can I roll my points over to the next year? A- No, points earned can only be redeemed within the same calendar year. FN Dealer Rewards Program rewards 2020 FN Dealer Rewards Program: will be shipped at FN’s expense. FN will ship your reward(s) to your Employer.     Number 14-1 Rule 3.10 NRA Law Enforcement Competitions Production Police Pistol Combat Program Bulletin Topic Semi-Automatic Pistols Approved Sub-Topic Pistols Date 2-14-2014 Revised 8-15-2018 On January 11, 2014 the NRA Board of Directors approved the Law Enforcement Assistance Committee’s recommendation to add a new pistol category called Production Semi-Automatic Pistol to the Stock Duty Gun Division. Rule 3.10 contains the specifications for Production Semi-Automatic Pistols and requires NRA Law Enforcement Competitions to create a list of approved pistols by make and model and post them on the LE Competitions website. On January 9, 2016, the NRA Board of Directors amended PPC 3.10 to provide more sight options. This PPC Program Bulletin contains those semi-automatic pistols approved for use in Production Semi-Automatic Pistol Matches. PPC Bulletin 16.1 lists the approved replacement sights. Models listed mainly include current catalog law enforcement pistols. Competitors or Tournament Directors who feel there are other law enforcement model semi- automatic pistols they feel meet Rule 3.10 specifications may contact Law Enforcement Competitions at [email protected] and request a review of for eligibility.
