Ms Angelene Chan is the Chairman of DP Architects.

Prior to her current role, Ms Chan was the CEO of DP Architects from January 2016 to January 2021. She was instrumental in steering the company strategically towards greater international presence, and higher design and service delivery benchmarks through specialisation and use of technology. As Chairman, she continues this critical work, ensuring that DP’s strategic roadmap aligns with the growth of DP’s global and specialist offices to meet the firm’s vision and goals.

Ms Chan is a leading architect who was in 2015 conferred the President’s Design Award (P*DA) for her design of Sunray Woodcraft Construction Headquarters, and named the P*DA Designer of the Year in 2018 by President Halimah Yacob, Singapore’s highest design accolade. Her notable works include The Dubai Mall, the transformation of Wisma Atria shopping mall along Orchard Road, and Paya Lebar Quarter.

Ms Chan sits on Singapore’s Board of Architects, Urban Redevelopment Authority Board, Building and Construction Authority Board, Professional Engineers Board, and Sentosa Development Corporation Board. She is also the Vice-Chairman of Dover Park Hospice.

Ms Chan graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture (First Class Honours) from the University of Adelaide.

Mr Cheung Pui Yuen is the Chief Executive Officer at Deloitte Singapore.

Prior to this appointment, Mr Cheung had assumed various leadership roles in Deloitte. He was appointed as the Singapore Audit & Assurance Leader in 2007, the Audit & Assurance Regional Managing Partner for Deloitte Southeast Asia in 2011, and the Singapore Deputy Managing Partner for Operations in 2016. In 2019, Mr Cheung assumed his current role as CEO of Deloitte Singapore.

With more than 30 years of public accounting experience, Mr Cheung has led major audits, advised on public listings and performed acquisitions and due diligence reviews for many prominent organisations.

Mr Cheung serves on the board of both Deloitte Asia Pacific and Deloitte Southeast Asia. Outside Deloitte, he is the Chairman of the Accounting Advisory Board, National University of Singapore Business School, Deputy Chairman of the Singapore Accounting Standards Council, Deputy President of the Singapore division of CPA Australia, and serves on the Audit Committee of the Singapore Academy of Law and the Complaints Committee of the Singapore Medical Council.

Mr Cheung graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy. He also obtained Master’s degrees from the University of Cambridge and the University of Southern Queensland.

Prof Koh Lian Pin is Director of the Centre for Nature-based Climate Solutions at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He is also a Professor of Conservation Science, Technology and Policy in the Department of Biological Sciences at NUS.

Prof Koh is a leading academic in the field of conservation and sustainability. Prior to returning to Singapore under the National Research Foundation’s Returning Singaporean Scientists Scheme to take up his current appointments, he was the

Founding Director of ConservationDrones.org, a non-profit organisation that seeks to introduce drone technology to conservation scientists and practitioners worldwide. He was also formerly Chair of Applied Ecology and Conservation at the University of Adelaide, and Vice President of Science Partnerships and Innovation at Conservation International, a non-profit environmental organisation.

He has received multiple awards including the Australian Research Council Future Fellowship in 2014, the Swiss National Science Foundation Professorship in 2011, the ETH Fellowship in 2008, and was also named a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader in 2013.

Prof Koh has Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) and Master of Science degrees at the National University of Singapore, and a PhD from the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Princeton University.

Mr Lien Choong Luen is the General Manager of Gojek Singapore.

In his current role, Mr Lien oversees Gojek’s Singapore commercial operations and supports its international expansion. Prior to this, Mr Lien held leadership appointments in both the public and private sectors. He started his career in the SAF, and was Assistant Director at the Future Systems Directorate as well as a battalion commander. He then joined McKinsey in China, before working with governments and public sector agencies as the SEA head of the McKinsey Centre for Government. Mr Lien was also a strategy consultant at the National Research Foundation Singapore, where he was in charge of designing the long-term strategy and supporting innovation efforts of the organisation.

He currently sits on the board for the Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise (raiSE) and is also President, Singapore Athletic Association.

Mr Lien has a Bachelor of Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Masters in Pure Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, as well as an MBA (Distinction) from the London Business School. He was the top graduate from the Malaysia Command and Staff College and graduated with High Distinction from the University of Malaya in Strategic Studies.

Mr Colin Low is the Chief Executive of the Singapore Land Authority.

Mr Low has about 20 years of experience in real estate and hospitality investment, fund management (REITs/private equity), business development and corporate banking in cross-border, multi-asset class transactions.

Prior to his current appointment, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Hospitality Trust and was responsible for spearheading the overall strategic planning and implementation of the business, investment and operational strategies for Frasers Hospitality Trust, a Singapore listed REIT with total asset size of S$2.3 billion across Europe and Asia Pacific.

Mr Low was previously head of hotel investment properties for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at CBRE Hotels, a global commercial real estate services company. Based in CBRE’s London office, he was in charge of its hotel transactional business across the EMEA region. He had also worked in Frasers Hospitality in different capacities as Director of Business Development, and subsequently as Senior Vice President (SVP), Head of Investment.

Mr Low graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore.

Re-appointed Members

Ms Margaret Goh is a member of the Sentosa Cove Committee.

Ms Goh served in various senior appointments in the real estate industry before she retired. Her last appointment was Group Managing Director, GuocoLand Singapore, until August 2014. Amongst others, she oversaw GuocoLand’s major multi-billion project, the Tanjong Pagar Centre, an integrated development atop Tanjong Pagar MRT Station. Prior to this, Ms Goh served as the CEO of Special Projects at CapitaLand Singapore, where she managed cross-strategic business unit projects,

including the joint venture projects between Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd and Khazanah Nasional Bhd as well as development businesses in Malaysia.

Ms Goh had also held senior appointments at NTUC Choice Homes Co-operative Ltd, Sentosa Cove Pte Ltd, City Developments Ltd, Pontiac Marina Pte Ltd and Hong Leong Holdings Ltd.

She holds a Bachelor of Land Economics (First Class Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Mr Calvin Phua is the Deputy Secretary at the Ministry of Law.

Prior to his current role, Mr Phua was Deputy Secretary at the Ministry of Transport, where he helped to strengthen Singapore’s aviation and maritime connectivity.

Mr Phua currently serves on the board of various organisations, including the Singapore Pools Pte Ltd.

Ms Angeline Poh is Mediacorp’s Chief Customer and Corporate Development Officer.

In her dual portfolio appointment, Ms Poh oversees Mediacorp’s corporate-wide strategic projects and initiatives, together with its customer engagement and programming across multiple platforms. She also leads the Singapore Media Academy.

Before joining Mediacorp, Ms Poh was the Assistant Chief Executive Officer (Industry Development Group) of the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), where she led IMDA’s effort to develop a vibrant infocomm and media ecosystem. She also

oversaw the development and implementation of Singapore’s public service content strategies and initiatives.

Ms Poh was the Managing Director of McGraw-Hill Education (Asia) before joining IMDA. In this role, she led the growth and digital transformation of the company’s business in Asia across the Higher Education, School & English Language Training as well as Professional & Medical lines of business. She started her career at the Singapore Economic Development Board.

Ms Poh graduated from the Nanyang Technological University and was awarded the Lee Kuan Yew Gold Medal.

Mr Eric Sandosham is the Founder and Partner of Red & White Consulting Partners LLP.

A well-known veteran of business analytics and data science, Mr Sandosham co- founded Red & White Consulting Partners in 2013. The company specialises in talent analytics, financial analytics and customer analytics.

Before Red & White Consulting Partners, Mr Sandosham was the Managing Director and Head of Citibank’s analytics function for Asia Pacific. The function’s innovative and extensive business analytics work contributed significantly to the bank’s revenues in the region.

Mr Sandosham graduated from the National University of Singapore with honours in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Statistics. He also holds a PhD in Business from the Singapore Management University.
