Texans cruise to win in Women’s Board-a-Match An all-Texas team built a two-board lead into a victory margin of 6.93 boards while coasting to a win in the Women’s Board-a-Match Teams. The team – Petra Hamman, Peggy Sutherlin and Joan Jackson, all of Dallas; Robin Klar, Spring; Shawn Quinn, Katy, and Mildred Breed, Bryan – has already won two major women’s events in 2000: the World Women’s Bridge Olympiad and the Women’s International Team Trials.
