This unique facility offers students and employers innovative training facilities including an advanced manufacturing workshop, a digital and electronics suite, a metrology suite, a process control workshop, a health and fitness suite, a project management suite, meeting rooms, a 3D modelling suite and an Industry 4.0 suite which all prepare students for the Industry 4.0 trend of automation and data exchange in manufacturing technologies.

This brand new contemporary theatre, with state of the art technology will give students at the Centre of Excellence in Performing Arts a cutting edge performance space. The theatre will have a diverse and accommodating staging area with an orchestra pit allowing for more sizeable and challenging productions.

Sutton Trust USA

A level students Maegan Pratt and Rahim Raja have enjoyed a double celebration after both students were accepted onto the prestigious Sutton Trust US Programme which saw them travel to America over the summer to spend a week at one of the country’s top universities.

The highly competitive programme is aimed at high achieving students and this year Rahim and Maegan beat over 1000 applicants when they were selected to take part in the international residential in July. The students not only had the opportunity to experience campus life at an American university but will also receive support throughout the whole university application process for American universities.
