MUSIC MEDIA AND EVENTS: RADIO PERFORMING WELL

During the 3rd quarter, Radio revenue grew by 0.7% to €41.3 million, particularly thanks to the increase posted by CHERIE FM.

A total of over 12.1 million listeners (2) tune in each day to one of the Group's radio stations, with the Group's four radio stations enjoying a 16.0% audience share over all categories, up 0.3 points on the previous year.

Digital recorded solid growth of 18.8% with revenue of €1.9 million versus €1.6 million in the 3rd quarter 2014. NRJ Group is the number one Internet radio in with over 220 Internet radio stations and 34.8 million active listens(3) in France and over 44 million active listens worldwide. NRJ remains the number one radio app in France(4).

TELEVISION: GROWTH GATHERS MOMENTUM

Television recorded revenue of €19.2 million, with growth reaching 12.9% over the 3rd quarter (+8.8% Q1 2015 and +10.5% Q2 2015). This performance reflects the additional advertising revenue from the three channels (NRJ 12, CHERIE 25 and NRJ HITS).

The new editorial project launched at the start of 2015 led to an increase in TV audience numbers, with a cumulative audience share for the two free channels NRJ 12 and CHERIE 25 of 2.7% for all categories, which translates as a 0.6 point increase in the 3rd quarter, 2015 versus the 3rd quarter 2014(5). Scheduling costs for the whole of 2015 should increase by around 30%.

In the 3rd quarter, 2015 NRJ 12 recorded a 1.9% audience share(5) for all categories, an increase of 0.1 points in a year. A wider selection of programs and series has been added to the schedule for the 2015–2016 season.

1/2 WorldReginfo - 9cf4525b-abf9-4ba0-9fe7-1b4827e2957b In the 3rd quarter, CHERIE 25 recorded an audience share of 0.8%(5) for all categories versus 0.3% for the same period in 2014, thus achieving the strongest growth of all channels combined in the 3rd quarter 2015, with a rise of 167% in a year. This reflects the resounding success of its cinema program and the revival of its unrivaled magazine programs and documentaries.

NRJ HITS, the number one cable-satellite-ADSL music station, confirmed its leading position with an audience that was more than three times the size of its immediate competitor(6).

MIXED FORTUNES FOR INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITIES WHILE BROADCASTING REMAINED STABLE

International activities recorded revenue of €8.0 million (-2.4% excluding (7)), marked by a decline in sales in the German zone (-5.1%). Growth continued in the Francophone countries (+5.3%).

Broadcasting revenue was up 0.6% to €15.6 million. The Group managed to hold its own in a highly competitive environment, particularly for TNT contracts.

2015 OUTLOOK

The NRJ Group continues to develop its commercially-viable audiences in its Radio activity and is working to confirm its leading position in the 25-49 year age bracket.

Despite a few adjustments to the new Television schedules, the Group still has a firm commitment to grow its operating profit from 2016 and to target operating break-even for its Television division in 2017.

It is likely that Broadcasting will record slight annual growth in 2015.
