In a medium bowl; combine avocado with goat cheese, mixing until well blended. Add onion powder, cilantro, black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt and lime juice; mixing well. Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature to let flavours blend. Serve with fresh plain or toasted bagels. Garnish with fresh lime slices and a sprig of cilantro. Serves 4
