How do I manage my account? • If you have not provided the Society with any instructions to withdraw the balance held in your maturing Child Trust Fund, it will be transferred to a Protected ISA to retain its tax-free status. • This account does not accept additional deposits. • A passbook will not be issued; however, you will receive a statement annually within 30 days following your birthday.

Can I withdraw money? Yes, Protected ISA is instant access.

• Partial withdrawals are not allowed. When withdrawing you must provide instructions to cover the whole balance and close the account. • If you close the account by cash or cheque, the money will lose its tax-free status.

How do these funds retain To retain their tax free status, they must be transferred to an adult ISA their tax-free status? • If you would like to transfer the balance into an adult ISA with Ipswich , please get in touch so that we can complete the account opening process with you. • If you would like to transfer the balance to another ISA provider, please let us know so that we can update our records.
